    Let me start by saying that I have been a customer with this company since 2005. I have never had an issue with them until recently. I purchased a master bedroom set and mattress from them. I also purchased the additional warranty ( which covers if anything happens to my furniture.) My foundation of my bedroom set cracked. I called the store in Pascagoula to inform management of what occurred. She stated that she would have someone from the Lucedale location ( since it was the closet location) to come by and look at my furniture. 2-3 days go by no call.. no show.. So I take matters into my own hands since I am the one sleeping on the floor. I take a picture of my bed and drive down to Pascagoula to the store. I show the manager the picture she ask again which location is closer I express Lucedale she orders the replacement parts provides me with the proper paper and states that it will be ready for pick up on Friday. Because it was the Christmas holidays I gave it a few extra days before picking it up. My husband drove 45 minutes to the Lucedale location on Tuesday only to find that the replacement was NEVER ORDERED!! I called customer service because at this moment I am outraged! Spoke with a CSR and she stated the she would contact both stores make sure that the replacement was ordered and she would see about getting it delivered for free. Well the new year came and no phone call. I called customer service back and spoke with another CSR same result everyone seem so concerned but nothing was happening. Called again this CSR stated that she would make sure she sent my case to escalation department.. Well another week went by and finally I heard from the escalation department she called to tell me that my parts were in and that I could pick them up! I told her that I could not afford to drive back to Lucedale and pick them up. I told her what occurred in the beginning. This CSR was named Brittany she express that Badcock should accommodate me and that she would handle everything unlike everyone else. She also stated that she would call me back. I told her that I was over this situation and I'm tired of Badcock not caring. Well this conversation occurred on Monday; it's now Saturday and I haven't heard from Brittany neither. And to add more I'm having a major surgery on Friday and I don't have a bed to sleep in. Badcock has failed me several times and I would not recommend them to anyone ever again!! I held up my end of the barging by paying my bill and driving down to pick up my replacement furniture. Why can't they do the same?

    This place is ridiculous. There was only one person working the showroom when we came to look at furniture, and several other families waiting around to be helped. I paid $1600 CASH IN FULL for a couch, coffee table, and rocker. Was told it would be delivered TODAY and it has not been delivered. Not even a call to say sorry or when it would be delivered. From the reviews I've read this isn't the first time this is happened to people. This place needs to get it's act together and hire some more people for the showroom and deliveries. I've been waiting around all day, despite having errands I should have been doing instead. I highly suggest spending your money elsewhere. Unless you like waiting around...
